This session can take place as one 4-hour or 2x 2-hour sessions. Together we will:

Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and financial targets

Establish a 90-day Action Plan to highlight and address immediate critical issues
Prior to the session we will provide you with a personalised pre-work document, which will need to be completed, ensuring that you identify any issues that need to be discussed.
We can prepare and gather any information required, giving you full value during the business planning session.

We will provide you with a program of monthly or quarterly meetings with one of our senior team members, as well as regular email and phone support.
