A Business Planning session requires you to take time out of your day-to-day activities IN your business to spend quality time focusing ON your business. Working in partnership, together we will review your past performance and clarify future direction. We will agree solid and realistic business goals, define strategies for achievement and set accountability trails. 

What is involved? 

During our planning session, we will create a one-page business plan which will act as a guide map, ensuring that you are on course for success. This session can take place as one 4-hour or 2x 2-hour sessions. Together we will: 

  • Discuss and set business and personal goals for the next quarter and 12 months
  • Discuss and agree on an action plan with strategies to support your targets and goals
  • Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and financial targets
  • Identify business opportunities and vulnerabilities that may need managing
  • Ensure any struggling or developing parts of your business have additional focus with a tailored approach
  • Establish a 90-day Action Plan to highlight and address immediate critical issues

Prior to the session we will provide you with a personalised pre-work document, which will need to be completed, ensuring that you identify any issues that need to be discussed. We can prepare and gather any information required, giving you full value during the session.

With our support, guidance and accountability, our Business Coaching service supports you to ensure your Business Plan remains a live and working document whilst, addressing any challenges you’re currently facing as a business owner and the most appropriate solutions and tactics that you can start implementing to improve your business performance. 

We will provide you with a program of monthly or quarterly meetings with one of our senior team members, as well as regular email and phone support. Each meeting will consist of a review of your actual results, clarification of areas where your business can improve and the setting of 30, 60 and 90-day goals, along with the identification of strategies to achieve them.
