We recently asked Brett Smith from BAS Associates to take over our personal tax requirements and the service and guidance to date has been fantastic. We are a small private limited company which is owned by the residents of a Grade II Listed Building in the New Forest, which has been converted into flats. The Company exists purely to manage the running of the building – dealing with insurance, routine maintenance, larger repairs, utility bills for communal areas, etc. Whilst our financial affairs are fairly straightforward, we are still required to file annual accounts at Companies House in the approved format – for which we need professional assistance.

For many years we used an accountancy firm in Dorset, but their charges have recently escalated – causing us to look elsewhere. As from this year, we have placed our business with BAS Associates, and Brett Smith has provided a very efficient service at an appreciably lower cost than the previous accountants.
