What is involved?
This programme incorporates monthly meetings with an experienced, senior member of our team, alongside email and phone support. The purpose of each meeting is to review progress compared with your goals and to clarify areas where the business can improve, boosting performance and overcoming obstacles.
Complementary to the meetings, you will receive minutes and an updated action list to keep you on track to achieve your agreed goals. You’ll have access to our experience, expertise and resources to enable you to implement best business practice.
When should I begin monthly coaching?
We should first work on preparing a focused business plan together, which will act as the guide against which all operational and personal decisions are made. Alongside this, the Monthly Coaching programme may also be used as an outline and vehicle to work through the updates in the circumstances of your business or to help you implement a Strategic or succession plan.
